'The Trio' consists of three units.

A Departure 

 

This project was a deviation from Expansion’s normal business model, in that it was a “fix-and-flip”. Done as a joint-venture with business partners, the property was sold within weeks of being listed. The 1900’s character house was lifted off its original foundation to create an additional 1000 square feet of full height basement – and significant added value. As with all Expansion’s projects, the property was completely modernized while maintaining much of its original character.
